I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location absolutely fantastic — it’s right near the beach and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff was really friendly, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the rooms, especially in the Diamond and Rainbow Towers, felt a bit outdated and were on the noisy side. The breakfast was pricey for what was offered, which was a downside for me.

The rooms in the Diamond and Rainbow Towers were a bit old and could definitely use an update. Mine was situated at the back and was noisier compared to others I've experienced.

The service was excellent, with the staff being very kind and helpful. I appreciated the free daily water bottles and the discounts provided through the pamphlet.

The location was truly great; it’s very convenient, just a stroll away from downtown and other dining venues. Getting to the lobby can be a bit complicated due to the size of the hotel, but it's right by the ocean beaches.
